A delicious medium strength fish curry cooked with tomatoes,
okra and aubergine, very popular in Singapore and Malaysia.
Lamb Rendang £8.50
A dry spicy curry originating from Malaysia with a toasted
coconut topping.
Slow-Cooked Pork £7.95
Tender pieces of pork cooked with galangal and five spice in a
rich soy sauce.
Mango Fish Sambal £7.95
White fish coated in a tempura style batter served in a sambal
chilli sauce, shallots and fresh mango.
Cauliflower and Sweet Potato Yellow Curry (v) (vo) £6.95
A mixture of vegetables including cauliflower, sweet potato and
spinach cooked in a mild yellow curry.
Blue Ginger Fried Rice £6.95
Salt fish, bean sprouts, Chinese sausage and chicken breast
stir fried with rice and oyster sauce. Proper soul food!
Prawn Mee Goreng £8.95
A noodle dish cooked with prawns, green chilli, sliced potatoes and onions in a tomato sauce.
Tofu Mee Goreng (v) £6.95
As above but using tofu instead of prawns.
Beef Lok Lah £8.50
A Cambodian dish consisting of stir-fried beef marinated
in oyster sauce and garlic and served on a bed of salad with
a black pepper and lime dip. Great for the summer.
Singapore Chicken Curry £7.95
Chicken breast cooked with blue ginger, coconut milk and traditional Nyonya spices to produce a delicious medium hot dish.
Nasi Goreng £7.95
Indonesian fried rice comprising king prawns, red chilli, balachan and egg omelette.
Mushroom and Aubergine Green Curry (v) £7.50
A selection of oriental mushrooms cooked with aubergine in an authentic green curry. Medium strength.
Minced Pork and Mushroom Green Curry £7.95
Very tasty meat version of the above green curry using minced pork.
